The upholstery and canvas reconstruction of this 1989, 29 foot Formula is the work of Natalie Kraft, owner of Two Rivers Canvas, Prescott, Wisconsin. The pictures show her use of the Micro tool to attach zippers to plastic during the pattern making process. Using this method will ensure a perfect fit when the strata glass or isinglass is cut, and will prevent scratches to the glass that often occur while cutting and fitting the actual product on site. The tools can be used from the outside of the enclosure as well as the inside, and since the tools are light weight they can be easily carried on the wrist while moving around from one area to another, as shown.

This is the finished product using plastic for patterning and EZ-Set and Sew to attach the zippers to the plastic. As can be seen from the pictures, the large side panels and windshield are scratch free and a perfect fit.
